Mix Darchani or Colvangi (nigella seeds) with 250mg Honey. Take a teaspoon of this with warm milk at night and on an empty stomach at morning. This recipe is useful for all type of throat diseases.

Peel 2 to 3 cloves of fresh garlic and crush them lightly, Add them to 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil, Simmer it for 15 minutes.Strain the garlic and allow to cool for 15 Minutes. Add pure honey and cayenne pepper. Add pinch of lemon juice.
Fill mug ¾ full with water. Add 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon. Microwave about 1 minute Let water cool to sipping temperature. Add 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice, Add 1 Teaspoon Honey, Stir with honey spoon.
