How to Use Cinnamon and Honey For Weight Loss

Daily in the morning one-half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping drink honey and cinnamon in one cup hot water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight. Here is the method of how to make Cinnamon and honey drink.

Ingredients

Take a 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon powder.

1 cup of boiling hot water.

Steep for 15 minutes.

When the water is cool, add 1 teaspoon of honey in it.

Drink a cup in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 cup 30 minutes after dinner.

Honey and Ginger

Honey ginger is an ancient tonic, particularly popular in Asian, Indian and Arabic herbal traditions. Here is the method of how to make Honey and Ginger drink.

Take 1 teaspoon of ginger,

1 cup of hot water and mix 1 teaspoon honey.

Prepare the grated ginger in a cup and let it steep for 10 minutes

Add honey when the drink has cold down.

This honey and ginger water is best for digestive issues and help to treat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Honey and Lemon

Lemon is high in vitamin C, which keeps the immune system strong and neutralizes the free radicals in your body. This reduce the cholesterol, inflammation and swelling in your body.

A mix lemon juice in hot water with honey and drink this is much benefited to lose weight the honey will increase the amount of good cholesterol in your body and you will be protected from heart disease and also help you to reduce weight.
