In Sura Teen, chapter no. 95. Verse no. 1, 2, 4. Allah Ta’lah toke oath of Teen (التين) (Anjeer), olive and Mount Sinai, this is regarding that human has been created in the best form. (Allah Ta’lah says.)

Teen (Anjeer or Fig) Fruit From Jannat

Hazrat Abu Darda رضي الله عنه says that a dish full of Teen (التين) (Anjeer) was presented to Nabi صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم once & Nabi صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said to us, to eat it & further said if anyone ask me that any fruit has beensent from Jannat (الجنة) , so I will say this is the fruit (teen) & yes it is from Jannat (الجنة) & is amongst the dry fruit of Jannat & also said, eat it, & it is a cure for piles (البواسير).

What Contain  Anjeer or Fig

Anjeer or fig contains different types of Minerals, sugar, vitamin including vitamin A, B1, B2, , carotene, nitrogen, iron, calcium, copper, fibers, cellulose, sodium, potassium.

Figs can be found in almost every part of the world, but most commonly in the western parts of Asia. Different types of Minerals, vitamins and fiber are contained in the fruit. Figs contain a wealth of effective nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin B1, Calcium, vitamin B2, iron, phosphorus, manganese, potassium, sodium and chlorine.

Moreover the leaves of figs have a significant effect on the level of triglycerides in a person’s system. Fig leaves effect on triglycerides, and makes the overall number of triglycerides drop.

Treatment for Diabetic Patients: Figs are very helpful in treating a diabetic patient. These help decreasing the need of insulin.

Treatment of High Blood Pressure: People generally take in sodium in the form of table salt, but low potassium and high sodium.

Strengthening of Bones: Figs are very rich in calcium, which is the most important thing to make your bones strong and for reducing the risk of osteoporosis. It is also very rich in phosphorus which is also good for bones.
