1. Finger Scissor

In finger scissor, mold rubber band and place the molded rubber band between first two fingers. Now stretch your fingers just like a scissor cutting. Its call finger scissor hand stretch exercise.

2. Fingertip Pinch

In this exercise, apply maximum force by your fingertips on rubber band. Due to use of only fingertips, it is called fingertip pinch exercise.

3. Power Grip

In above exercise, we applied force by only fingertips. However, in this exercise we grip rubber band with full power, known as power grip hand exercise.

4. Flat Pinch

Joint all hand finger with each other. Now hold rubber band with the help of thumb and jointly fingers. Apply force by fingers and thumb equally. It is called flat pinch and one of the best from stretching exercises.

5. Finger Spread

When rubber band wrap outer side of your hand’s finger, the shape is best for finger spread exercise. You can wrap two or more than two fingers at a time. After wrapping by rubber band, apply force towards outside. Its best hand exercise till yet.

6. Finger Extension

By finger extension, we mean that rubber band covers nail portion completely. After that stretch the rubber band just as shown in figure. It is called finger extension.

7. Full Grip

In full grip exercise, rubber band or ball with cover by all of fingers as well as with thumb also. Now apply your full force on grip. It is called Full Grip Exercise.
