Many people develop cancer long before they are aware of it, and your chances of successfully beating it, lower the longer it goes untreated. Therefore it is very important to do all you can to control risk of developing cancer. It is also a good idea to avoid the many circumstances that increase risk of developing cancer. Here are some of the most concerning factors that can increase risk of cancer.

Use low fat or fat free yogurt, low fat deli meats, fat free pudding made with milk, prepackaged sliced fruits and vegetables, ready-made salads; cooked whole grains such as brown rice, whole-grain cereals, breads and pastas.
