After successful verification of your registration, you have assigned a vaccine center via SMS to mobile number from whom you register your self. The assigned center is based on the address that you provide. They also send your pin code through SMS, email, or call.

If you received the vaccine center outside your Tehsil or District, then you can change it by calling at helpline of 1166. After sending request, you will receive SMS that inform you about AVC is changed. You can request to change your Vaccine Center within 5 days after receiving the SMS.
