Fruits such as olives and figs are also mentioned in the Holy Quran. Their benefits are endless. Dr. Umm Raheel has told such a way of using both of them, by which the internal organs of the body, including the face and hair, will thank you.
Dr. Umm Raheel says to soak only 3 soft figs in ½ cup of olive oil and leave for 7 days. After seven days, grind the figs with the same oil and also mix a walnut well.
This magical mixture can be applied on face and hair. Take a spoonful of the mixture and apply it on the face and after a while wash the face with light hands like a scrub. Even the withered backward face will be revealed. Similarly, apply it well in the hair roots and then wash your head with normal shampoo. You will see the difference yourself. Use daily for at least 2 weeks for best results.
This mixture is also beneficial in food. By eating one spoon daily, the disease of piles goes away, besides, the irritation in the stomach and intestines is eliminated. Intestines are strengthened, weakness and all hormonal diseases in women are also reduced.
Figs and olive oil are both nutritious foods that offer various health benefits. Here’s a brief overview of the potential benefits of each:
Figs are a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins (such as vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin B6), minerals (including potassium, magnesium, zinc), and antioxidants.
The fiber in figs can promote digestive health by preventing constipation and promoting regular bowel movements.
Figs contain compounds like potassium, which may help lower blood pressure and support heart health.
The fiber content in figs can contribute to a feeling of fullness, potentially aiding in weight management.
Antioxidant Properties: Figs contain antioxidants that help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, which may contribute to aging and various diseases.
Olive oil, especially extra virgin olive oil, is rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants. It has been associated with a reduced risk of heart disease by improving cholesterol levels and reducing inflammation.
The polyphenols in olive oil have anti-inflammatory effects, which may help reduce inflammation in the body.
Some studies suggest that the monounsaturated fats in olive oil may have a protective effect on the brain and could potentially reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
Despite being calorie-dense, olive oil, when used in moderation, can be part of a healthy diet and may contribute to weight management due to its satiating effects.
Some studies indicate that the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties of olive oil may play a role in reducing the risk of certain types of cancers.
When combined, figs and olive oil can create a flavorful and nutritious pairing. This combination can be used in salads, desserts, or as a topping for various dishes. The nutritional benefits of both ingredients can complement each other, providing a mix of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and healthy fats.
It’s important to note that while both figs and olive oil offer health benefits, moderation is key. Including a variety of nutrient-rich foods in your diet is crucial for overall health, and it’s always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian for personalized dietary advice.
