I have bought sky sat v10 plus from China now I’m in Sudan Africa
the problem is the device doesn’t work. it display no thing on the TV When the power is on it display a red light on the receiver’s screen also in the receiver’s screen it shows a loading but it doesn’t exceed 30%
can you please help me
Try A Full System Reset on your skay sat v10. This will reset you receiver on default setting. Remember all recording will be delete while resting process. If it not work it may be a hardware problem.
